1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned with all tags and certificates (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if opened)
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

If you need an exchange, please contact us.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos as evidence

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us if the issue persists
