- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time
If there is a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (EU): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Selected shipping method
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
5. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Muller Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
